Minister of Health Mustafa Al-Farjani confirmed during a working session held yesterday, Tuesday, with representatives of major Chinese companies specializing in medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and vaccines, that the government is working on providing the appropriate legislative and financial environment to attract foreign investment, especially from China, in projects that contribute to enhancing economic growth and driving regional development.

The Minister of Health emphasized the state's commitment to modernizing the health sector and raising the level of its services in line with citizens' aspirations, noting that health will be one of the government's priorities as a main driver of economic development, according to a statement published by the ministry today, Wednesday, on its official Facebook page.

During this meeting, which included presentations on the latest innovations in digital health, medical laboratories, and medical imaging, Mustafa Al-Farjani discussed cooperation opportunities with Chinese companies specializing in medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and vaccines. He invited them to participate in the Qayrawan Medical City project, which is considered a developmental and economic hub that contributes to meeting the Tunisian market's needs for high-quality medical products and expanding the export scope to African and European markets.
