President Kais Saied received Prime Minister Kamel El-Madouri today, Wednesday, at the Carthage Palace. The meeting discussed the general progress of government work, as well as reviewing a number of draft laws and decrees. During this meeting, the President emphasized that top priority should be given to projects related to social and economic aspects, following radical approaches that break away from the heavy legal legacy of the past, which the people revolted against and must be completely eliminated. The President also addressed the issue of administrative services, which should not only be simplified and facilitated to serve the citizen but also hold those who neglect them fully accountable, whether out of carelessness or, more often, deliberately and with prior intent. The President stated that Tunisia is full of talents, and there are those within the administration who have not had their chance, despite being examples of dedication and giving.
