Minister of Interior Khaled Nouri received today, Saturday, a number of his Arab counterparts who will participate tomorrow, Sunday, February 16, in the 42nd session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Interior, which will be held in Tunisia. The minister successively received Major General Ibrahim Ali Ahmed Haidan, Minister of Interior of Yemen, Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Faisal bin Mohammed Al Thani, Minister of State for Internal Affairs of Qatar, Sheikh Abdullah Ali Al-Salem Al-Sabah, Minister of Defense of Kuwait, First Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Kamil Al-Shammari, Minister of Interior of Iraq, Mahmoud Tawfiq, Minister of Interior of Egypt, and Mazen Abdullah Al-Faraya, Minister of Interior of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Nouri was accompanied by a group of officials from the Ministry of Interior and the Secretary General of the Council of Arab Ministers of Interior, Mohamed bin Ali Kouman, according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Interior. It is worth noting that the Ministers of Interior of Palestine, the Sultanate of Oman, and Djibouti arrived in Tunisia yesterday, Friday, to participate in this annual meeting at the headquarters of the Council of Arab Ministers of Interior in the northern suburb of the capital.
