Mohamed Ali Bin Ramadan, a representative of the General Directorate of Agricultural Production at the Ministry of Agriculture, stated during a press conference held today, Thursday, about the Ministry's preparations for the holy month of Ramadan, that "Five permanent sales points will be established from producer to consumer in Soliman, Bizerte, Siliana, Kef, and Gafsa for the holy month of Ramadan." A quantity of dates will be provided during the supply period, a week before Ramadan, with high quality and reasonable prices. Additionally, 274 tons of citrus fruits and vegetables, including 5 tons of peppers, 4 tons of tomatoes, and one ton of squash, will be provided, according to the same source. Bin Ramadan also confirmed that "around 30 tons of cooking chicken and 12 million eggs will be provided, and a program will be set to supply quantities of red meat from cattle and sheep."
