Yesterday, Monday, the Minister of Employment and Vocational Training, Ryadh Shoua, chaired the regular meeting of the Steering Committee of the Self-Initiator System Project at the ministry's headquarters. The agenda of the meeting focused on presenting and discussing the communication plan for the Self-Initiator System.
After discussing various components of the communication plan, the Minister recommended the importance of implementing the theory of proximity through direct communication with those concerned with this system. He emphasized the need to quickly establish a precise and continuous timeline for the implementation of the plan, ensuring the involvement of all relevant stakeholders in economic and social affairs at central, regional, and local levels, according to a statement issued by the ministry today, Tuesday.
He also affirmed that the establishment of the Self-Initiator System is a national project par excellence, resulting from a continuous participatory approach with all ministries and structures involved in various stages of implementation, including the media and communication plan to further introduce this new system.
The meeting was attended by members of the project's Steering Committee from the ministry, the Presidency of the Government, the National Agency for Employment and Self-Employment, the National Social Security Fund, the National Register of Enterprises, and the National Health Insurance Fund.
