The Regional Labour Union in Tataouine issued a statement today, Tuesday, January 7, 2025, calling for dialogue to find radical solutions to various issues, particularly the timely payment of wages, the implementation of the company's classification decision, the activation of wage increases, and providing employees with work uniforms.
The union also blamed the supervisory authorities for the deteriorating situation at the Environmental Company, the cessation of work at several sites, the state of tension among the employees, and its impact on the functioning of various institutions and the deterioration of the social climate within the company.
The union affirmed in the same statement that it supports all legitimate movements of the employees and cadres at all their centers.
