TikTok's lawyer stated that the Chinese company owning the application, ByteDance, mentioned in last week's court session that TikTok would cease operations on Sunday unless the Supreme Court grants a temporary suspension or overturns the law. In the ongoing case, an opportunity to save TikTok emerged, as the National Security Advisor to President-elect Donald Trump, Florida Representative Mike Waltz, said in a television interview on Wednesday that Trump is considering options to keep TikTok.
