The rain will be temporarily stormy and locally heavy in northern coastal areas with hail in some limited areas and some snow in the western mountainous regions, according to a follow-up bulletin from the National Institute of Meteorology.
Northwesterly winds will be strong to very strong near the coasts and light to moderate in the south. The sea will be very rough and locally turbulent in the north. Temperatures will generally range between 8 and 12 degrees in coastal areas and the southwestern region, and between 2 and 6 degrees.
