Settlers Cut Down Olive Trees and Destroy Crops in the Qa'oun Valley Area

post

The settlement file official in Tubas Governorate, Moataz Bisharat, stated today that a number of settlers attacked the Qa'oun Valley area, cutting and breaking olive trees belonging to citizen Sultan Rashid Sawafteh on an area of 10 dunams, causing significant damage to the farm.

The area has been witnessing repeated attacks by settlers who recently established a new outpost in the area, as part of a series of violations faced by citizens in the northern Jordan Valley, which is considered one of the most targeted areas by settlers and the occupation army.

These violations have been escalating and taking various forms, such as destroying crops, burning lands, and breaking fruit trees, in a clear attempt to weaken the citizens in this area and push them to leave.
