Tunisia Condemns the Zionist Aggression on Gaza

post

Tunisia has strongly condemned the brutal Zionist aggression carried out by the occupation forces early this morning, Tuesday, March 18, 2025, on several areas in Gaza. The attack, according to preliminary reports, resulted in the martyrdom of hundreds of innocent civilians, including women, children, and the elderly, in addition to hundreds of injuries and a significant number of missing persons. This constitutes a blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement and a complete disregard for all principles of international humanitarian law and human values.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a statement issued today, Tuesday, pointed out that this aggression comes as part of the occupation's relentless efforts to undermine peace efforts and a clear desire to escalate tensions in the region.

Tunisia also emphasized that the occupying Zionist entity's persistence in committing acts of genocide against the Palestinian people under the watchful eyes of the entire world not only demonstrates its failure in its war to eliminate Palestinian rights but also highlights its ongoing inability to suppress the Palestinian people's determination to fully liberate their land.

Tunisia added that the more massacres the occupation commits, the stronger the resolve and determination of the Palestinian people to hold onto their land and expel the occupation forces. The genocide perpetrated by the occupation forces will neither break the will of the Palestinians nor diminish their resolve for liberation.

In conclusion, Tunisia affirmed that it not only calls for the enforcement of international legitimacy but also urges humanity as a whole to put an end to these horrific massacres committed against a people who have insisted and will continue to insist on fully liberating their land and establishing their independent state on all of Palestine, with Jerusalem as its capital.
